Refunds / Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Please contact us if there are any problems with the items that you purchased from Luna Nanotech Inc. We will attempt our best to resolve the problem in the shortest timeframe possible. If the product is determined to be faulty, we will either refund your payment, or will send you a replacement product.
If you ordered a wrong items and need to return it, the item must be returned in the original unopened condition with both the item and item packaging free of any markings. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned products and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
CANCELLATIONS
Many of the nanoparticle products are synthesized fresh after the order is placed. Therefore, once the synthesis has been initiated, no order cancellation is possible. For ready-made products, such as SensoGOLD™ Diagnostic Kit Products, PuroSPIN™ DNA Extraction and Purification Products, and S Series pipettes cancellations can be made during the time before the product has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if the cancellation can be processed for your order. Any order that has already been shipped is no longer subject to cancellation and will be treated according to policies relevant to refunds and replacements.
