HRP Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody

A horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated rabbit anti-goat IgG (H+L) secondary antibody for detecting goat primary antibodies. HRP drives ECL chemiluminescence in western blots, TMB colour in ELISA and DAB staining in IHC.
Host: rabbit; target: goat IgG, heavy and light chains (H+L)
Western blot with ECL: 1:10,000-1:20,000, so 100 µL makes about 1-2 L of working solution
ELISA (TMB): 1:5,000-1:10,000; IHC (DAB): 1:500-1:5,000
Pairs with our ECL substrates for chemiluminescent detection
