Ni-NTA Magnetic His-tag Agarose Microspheres is designed for isolation and purification of His-tagged fusion proteins in manual or automated formats.  Ni-NTA Magnetic Beads have nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) groups with charged nickel bound to the surface of the beads. Due to the high affinity, Ni-NTA Magnetic Beads can be used for capturing and purifying His-tagged proteins.
