APS Substitute Gel Coagulant for PAGE, 5 × 1 mL

A ready-made polymerisation initiator that replaces 10% ammonium persulfate (APS) in PAGE and SDS-PAGE gels, so you don't need to weigh APS or make it fresh. Use it with TEMED as usual.
Replaces 10% APS (not TEMED)
10 µL per mL of resolving gel, 6 µL per mL of stacking gel
About 100 µL per mini gel, so a 5 mL pack makes about 50 gels
Store at -20 °C away from light for 12 months, or 2-8 °C for 6 months
