A 5X concentrate of our rapid Tris-glycine SDS-PAGE running buffer. Dilute 100 mL with 400 mL water for 500 mL of 1X.
Constant 200-250 V for the whole run, about 25-35 min, reusable 2-3 times
5X concentrate: 1 L makes 5 L of running buffer
May precipitate in the cold: warm to dissolve before use
