One-Step Fastcast Colorful Acrylamide Kit

A one-step Fastcast kit for hand-casting Tris-glycine PAGE gels with a coloured stacking gel. Pour the resolving gel and the stacking gel straight on top, with no overlay and no waiting; gels are ready in about 15 minutes.
Choose the gel %: 6% (about 50-300 kDa), 8% (30-130 kDa), 10% (20-100 kDa), 12% (10-60 kDa) or 15% (below 40 kDa)
One-step casting: no overlay or waiting between layers; ready in about 15 min
APS replaced by a ready-made coagulant (TEMED optional to speed setting)
Red and green stacking-gel dyes make wells easy to see when loading
