Fast-Cast Colorful Acrylamide Kit

A Fast-Cast kit for hand-casting Tris-glycine PAGE gels with premixed solutions and a coloured stacking gel. Classic two-step casting: pour and seal the resolving gel, let it set, then add the coloured stacker.
Choose the gel %: 6% (about 50-300 kDa), 8% (30-130 kDa), 10% (20-100 kDa), 12% (10-60 kDa) or 15% (below 40 kDa)

APS replaced by a ready-made coagulant (TEMED optional to speed setting)
Red and green stacking-gel dyes make wells easy to see when loading
About 60 gels at 0.75 mm, 50 at 1.0 mm or 30 at 1.5 mm (mini gels)
