Stain-Free Reagent for PAGE Gels, 10 mL

An additive that makes any hand-cast PAGE gel stain-free: add it to the resolving gel, run as usual, then image bands under UV in 1-5 minutes with no Coomassie staining. The gel can still be blotted or stained afterwards.
Add 1% of the resolving gel volume (100 µL per 10 mL)
Image at 310 nm UV in 1-5 min, no staining
Works with SDS-PAGE and native PAGE; gel can be blotted or stained afterwards
