A BTT Fast-Cast kit for hand-casting Bis-Tris gels with a red or green stacking gel. The 25X Tris-MOPS SDS running buffer is included, so you have everything to cast and run the gels.
8% resolves 35 kDa and above; 10% about 10-250 kDa; 12% about 10-100 kDa
Includes 25X Tris-MOPS SDS running buffer (2 × 250 mL); do not use Tris-glycine buffer
APS and TEMED replaced by a ready-made coagulant
