One-Step Stain-Free Fastcast Colorful Acrylamide Kit

A one-step stain-free Fastcast kit for hand-casting Tris-glycine PAGE gels with a coloured stacking gel. Pour the resolving gel and the coloured stacking gel straight on top, with no overlay and no waiting; after the run, protein bands appear under UV in 1-5 minutes with no Coomassie staining.
Choose the gel %: 6% (about 50-300 kDa), 8% (30-130 kDa), 10% (20-100 kDa), 12% (10-60 kDa) or 15% (below 40 kDa)
One-step casting: no water or ethanol overlay; gels set in 10-15 min
Stain-free: image bands at 310 nm UV in 1-5 min, then blot or stain as usual
APS/TEMED replaced by a ready-made coagulant; red or green stacking gel for easy loading
About 60 gels at 0.75 mm, 50 at 1.0 mm or 30 at 1.5 mm (mini gels)
50 or 65 tests (65-test kits are packed to order, so allow extra lead time; 15% is 50 tests only)
