The Esan-Gene 696 is a 96-well, 6-channel real-time PCR (qPCR) system for higher-plex gene expression, genotyping and detection work. Thermoelectric cooling with multi-zone independent temperature control delivers fast, uniform cycling, and the 10.1-inch touch screen keeps operation simple.
- 6 fluorescence channels: covers FAM/SYBR Green I, HEX/VIC, ROX/Texas Red, Cy5, Cy5.5 and a customizable sixth channel (FRET by default) for multiplex assays.
- 6-zone gradient control: optimize annealing temperature with a gradient of 1-40 °C across six zones.
