The NANO-500 combines a 200-800 nm full-spectrum micro-volume spectrophotometer with a built-in fluorometer in one instrument. Measure DNA, RNA and protein absorbance from 0.5-2 µL, then switch to fluorescence mode for highly sensitive dsDNA quantification, without moving samples between two devices.
- Absorbance and fluorescence: UV-Vis micro-volume measurement plus a fluorometer mode with dsDNA sensitivity down to 0.5 pg/µL.
- Very wide concentration range: detects dsDNA from 2 to 15,000 ng/µL, so most samples need no dilution.
- Three path lengths: 0.05 mm, 0.2 mm and 1.0 mm cover both concentrated and dilute samples.
- OD600 cuvette mode: an LED-based cuvette mode measures bacterial culture density.
- Standalone operation: Android-based software, no computer connection required.
