Fast Wet Transfer Buffer Powder, Ice-Bath Free, 15 × 1 L Pouches

A powder transfer buffer for fast wet-tank western blot transfer to PVDF or nitrocellulose without an ice bath. Transfers take 15-30 minutes at constant current and work with Tris-glycine, Bis-Tris and other gels.
15-30 min transfer at constant current (e.g. 300 mA: 20 min below 20 kDa, 30 min for 20-100 kDa)
No ice bath needed; methanol-free
Each pouch: dissolve in 600 mL water, add 200 mL absolute ethanol, make up to 1 L
Store at room temperature for 24 months
