The GeneCE-100 is an automated capillary electrophoresis system for sizing and quantifying DNA and RNA fragments. It runs 1 to 104 samples in one go with no manual gel preparation, and resolves DNA fragments differing by as little as 1 bp. It is widely used for NGS library QC, cfDNA QC, PCR product analysis, genomic DNA integrity checks and total or fragmented RNA QC.
