A complete immunoprecipitation kit based on Protein G agarose, for IP and co-IP studies of protein-protein interactions. It includes the lysis, wash, elution and loading buffers, so you only add your antibody and inhibitors.
Protein G agarose beads: 6% cross-linked agarose, 30-150 µm, binding over 1 mg mouse antibody per mL
Includes a gentle IP lysis buffer that preserves protein complexes
Acid elution with neutralization buffer, plus 5X reducing loading buffer for direct SDS-PAGE
Centrifuge-based protocol; 1 test uses 20 µL of 50% bead slurry
