Precast Tris-Glycine Gels, 1.0 mm, 10 Gels

Ready-to-run Tris-glycine (Laemmli-type) precast mini gels in single percentages and gradients. The gels are SDS-free, so they suit both SDS-PAGE and native PAGE, and each box includes running buffer powder.
Single % (8, 10, 12%) and gradient (4-12, 8-16, 4-20%) gels; 11 or 15 wells; 1.0 mm thick
Gel 85 × 60 mm in a 100 × 82 mm cassette
Load 1-100 µg protein per lane (up to 30 µL per well, 11-well)
Run in Tris-glycine SDS buffer (not MOPS or MES); 2 × 1 L running buffer powder included
Store at 2-8 °C; 12 months; 10 gels per box
