Servicebio® 24-Sample Bead Homogenizer, -50 °C, for Bone & Hard Tissue
The Servicebio® SWE-FP PLUS is a low-temperature bead homogenizer built for bone and other hard tissues that are difficult to grind, with a -50 °C grinding chamber that reduces degradation of proteins and RNA during extraction. Paired with bone-specific adapters, it grinds samples such as rat and rabbit femur thoroughly for downstream Western blot and qPCR, and also handles routine animal and plant tissues.
Key features
- Particularly suitable for bone tissue: bone-specific adapters SWE-FP-0224F (2 mL × 24) and SWE-FP-0512F (5 mL × 12).
- Low-temperature grinding throughout the process: compressor-cooled chamber down to -50 °C with ±1 °C temperature control.
- Built-in -20 °C freezing table for temporary low-temperature sample storage and for cooling Western blot electrophoresis and membrane transfer.
- Vertical oscillation system with high-speed reciprocating motion at 2100 rpm.
- 24 samples per run as standard (2 mL × 24), upgradeable to 192 samples within 1 minute (for example 96-well plate × 2).
- Dry grinding, wet grinding and homogenization of samples.
- Servicebio slider drive: no-wear shaft, stable low noise and durable.
- Sealed disposable tubes prevent cross-contamination between samples.
- 5-inch touchscreen, emergency stop button and electromagnetic safety lock (the lid cannot be opened until the program ends).
