Servicebio® 24-Sample Bead Homogenizer with -50 °C Freezing Chamber
The Servicebio® SWE-FP is a low-temperature bead homogenizer that grinds tissue samples in a -50 °C chamber, reducing heat-driven degradation of proteins and RNA during DNA, RNA and protein extraction. A vertical oscillation system drives high-speed reciprocating motion at 2100 rpm, processing 24 × 2 mL tubes in the standard configuration and up to 192 samples within 1 minute with optional adapters.
Key features
- Low-temperature grinding throughout the process: compressor-cooled chamber down to -50 °C with ±1 °C temperature control.
- Built-in -20 °C freezing table for temporary low-temperature sample storage and for cooling Western blot electrophoresis and membrane transfer, replacing unstable ice baths.
- 24 samples per run as standard (2 mL × 24), upgradeable to 192 samples per run (for example 96-well plate × 2).
- Dry grinding, wet grinding and homogenization of samples.
- Servicebio slider drive: no-wear shaft, stable low noise and durable.
- Compatible with 0.5 mL, 1.5 mL, 2 mL, 5 mL, 10 mL, 15 mL and 50 mL adapters, plus steel and PTFE grinding cans.
- Sealed disposable tubes prevent cross-contamination between samples.
- Strong reproducibility: the same grinding frequency and time give consistent results.
- 5-inch touchscreen, emergency stop button and electromagnetic safety lock (the lid cannot be opened until the program ends).
