20X Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) 20X concentrate is a pH stabilizing solution used for ELISA and western blotting.  It is commonly used as a wash buffer in techniques such as Western blotting, in situ hybridization, and immunohistochemistry. TBS is also frequently used as an antibody diluent in immunoassays and supports a range of molecular biology applications.

0.5M Tris, and 3.75M NaCl, pH 7.4
