The PuroMAG™ ccfDNA Purification Kit is a ccfDNA purification kit for isolating circulating cell-free DNA from up to 10 mL of plasma or serum using silica-coated magnetic beads.
Circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) in plasma and serum is widely studied as a source of biomarkers in cancer, autoimmune disease and other research areas, and cell-free mitochondrial DNA (cfmtDNA) is also an active research topic. ccfDNA typically exists as short fragments under 1000 bp.
