PuroMAG™ ccfDNA Purification Kit
The PuroMAG™ ccfDNA Purification Kit is designed for purification of circulating cell-free DNA from plasma or serum, using silica-coated magnetic beads to process 200 µL to 4 mL of sample.
Circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) in plasma and serum is widely studied as a source of biomarkers in cancer, autoimmune disease and other research areas, and cell-free mitochondrial DNA (cfmtDNA) is also an active research topic. ccfDNA typically exists as short fragments under 1000 bp.
