PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MIDIprep Kit

The PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MIDIprep Kit is a magnetic bead endotoxin-free plasmid midiprep kit for simple, large-scale extraction and purification of plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. It purifies up to 200 µg of plasmid DNA from up to 100 mL of overnight bacterial culture while keeping endotoxin levels at <0.1 EU/µg.
Plasmid DNA binds to silica-coated magnetic beads, allowing efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt and other contaminants. Following the lysis steps, endotoxins are removed with Endotoxin Removal Buffer ERB. The PuroMAG™ buffer formulations produce highly purified plasmid DNA for downstream applications such as transfection, enzymatic digestion or PCR.
