PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit

The PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit is a magnetic-bead kit for large-scale extraction and purification of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. It purifies up to 500 µg of plasmid DNA from up to 300 mL of overnight bacterial culture while keeping endotoxin levels at <0.1 EU/µg.
Plasmid DNA binds to silica-coated magnetic beads, allowing efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt and other contaminants. Following the lysis steps, endotoxins are removed using the Endotoxin Removal Buffer ERB. The PuroMAG™ buffer formulations produce highly purified plasmid DNA for downstream applications such as transfection, enzymatic digestion or PCR.
