PuroSPIN™ High-Concentration Plasmid MIDIprep Kit

A silica-membrane MIDIprep kit built around the PuroSPIN™ High-Concentration Plasmid Spin Column. Conventional midiprep kits typically return plasmid DNA at 50–100 µg/mL, which usually means a concentration step before transfection or sequencing. This kit elutes into just 150–200 µL, putting the same DNA at 300–600 µg/mL — usable as it comes off the column.
 
Representative result: 100 mL overnight E. coli culture carrying pUC19, purified on a single High-Concentration column and eluted in 200 µL — 79 µg recovered at 395 µg/mL, A260/A280 1.91, A260/A230 2.35.
