PuroSPIN™ Plasmid MIDIprep Kit

The PuroSPIN™ Plasmid MIDIprep Kit is a silica spin-column plasmid midiprep kit that provides a simple, easy-to-use method for extraction and purification of plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells – up to 200 µg of plasmid DNA from up to 100 mL of overnight culture.
Plasmid DNA binds to silica spin columns, allowing efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt and other contaminants. Silica spin columns offer a faster, simpler and safer alternative to traditional nucleic acid purification techniques such as phenol-chloroform extraction.
