PuroMAG™ Viral DNA and RNA Purification Kit

The PuroMAG™ Viral DNA and RNA Purification Kit is a magnetic bead viral nucleic acid extraction kit for isolating viral genomic DNA and RNA from blood, plasma, serum, buccal or nasal swabs, and saliva. Buffer formulations are optimized to bind both DNA and RNA, so the kit works for both DNA and RNA viruses, and extraction is based on nucleic acid binding to silica-coated magnetic beads.
High-quality DNA and RNA extracted with the kit can be used for downstream applications such as reverse transcription, qPCR and RT-qPCR.
Manual and automated workflows

High-throughput protocols are optimized for the Auto-Pure Nucleic Acid Purification systems offered by Luna Nanotech and can be adapted to other systems (e.g. KingFisher Flex, Hamilton Microlab STAR, Biomek FX)
