PuroMAG™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit

The PuroMAG™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit is a magnetic bead genomic DNA purification kit for bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells, blood and animal tissue. It simplifies purification with an easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding to silica-coated magnetic beads.
High-quality DNA extracted with the kit can be used for downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blotting or genomic sequencing. The kit supports different throughputs using a manual magnetic rack or automated purification systems.
Manual and automated workflows
High-throughput protocols are optimized for Auto-Pure Nucleic Acid Purification systems and can be adapted to other systems (e.g. KingFisher Flex, Hamilton Microlab STAR, Biomek FX)
Manual extraction can be performed with Luna Nanotech's 8-Position Mini Magnetic Rack (Cat# MGR-008) and 16-Position Mini Magnetic Rack (Cat# MGR-016)
