TotaZOL™ Total RNA Purification Reagent is a single-phase mixture containing phenol, guanidine isothiocyanate, and proprietary components that support the recovery of RNA molecules of both large and small sizes. It preserves RNA integrity by effectively inhibiting RNase activity while simultaneously breaking down cells and solubilizing cellular components during homogenization or lysis.
