PuroSPIN™ DNA/RNA/Protein Purification Kit
The PuroSPIN™ DNA/RNA/Protein Purification Kit is designed for simultaneous purification of DNA, RNA and proteins from cultured cells or animal tissue using silica spin columns.
The kit simplifies extraction with a convenient, easy-to-use technology based on nucleic acid binding to silica spin columns. Up to 30 mg of animal tissue or 1 x 10⁷ eukaryotic cells can be used per experiment, and the extraction procedure takes less than 1 hour.
