Three luminol ECL substrates in one pack, so you can match the sensitivity to each target: a standard nanogram kit for abundant proteins, a sensitive picogram kit, and a hypersensitive femtogram kit for the weakest bands. Ideal for setting up a new blot or finding the right substrate before buying a large pack.
- Standard (nanogram) kit: 50 mL A + 50 mL B = 100 mL working solution
- Sensitive (picogram) kit: 25 mL A + 25 mL B = 50 mL working solution
- Hypersensitive (femtogram) kit: 25 mL A + 25 mL B = 50 mL working solution
- Each kit is mixed A:B 1:1 just before use; film or digital imager; 2-8 °C for 12 months
