Western Blot Anti-Smearing Reagent for Protein Samples, 10 mL

A ready-to-use reagent that reduces band smearing, trailing and distortion in western blots. It is especially useful for tissue samples, where viscous lysates often give smeared lanes. Add it to the already-denatured protein sample before adding loading buffer.
Reduces smeared, trailing and distorted bands for cleaner, more accurate blots
Simple workflow: mix 1:1 with the denatured sample (1:2 to 1:4 for severe trailing) and leave 10 minutes at room temperature
Then add loading buffer and run the gel as usual
