Membrane and Cytoplasmic Protein Extraction Kit, 50 Tests

A two-buffer kit that separates cytoplasmic proteins from membrane proteins (including ER and mitochondrial membranes) in cultured cells and animal tissue. The whole procedure takes about 60 minutes, and both fractions are ready for western blotting and other downstream work.
