Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail, 100X Aqueous Solution, 1 mL

A broad-spectrum phosphatase inhibitor cocktail, supplied as a 100X aqueous solution. Added to lysis buffer, it helps keep proteins in their phosphorylated state during extraction, for western blotting of phospho-proteins, immunoprecipitation and kinase studies.
Seven inhibitors: sodium fluoride, sodium orthovanadate, sodium pyrophosphate, imidazole, sodium molybdate, sodium tartrate and β-glycerophosphate
Targets serine/threonine, tyrosine, acid and alkaline phosphatases
100X: dilute 1:100 in lysis buffer; 1 mL treats 100 mL of lysate
One aqueous tube, no DMSO; combine with a protease inhibitor cocktail for full protection
