Tissue Protein Stabilizing Solution for Western Blot, 25 × 1.2 mL

A ready-to-use solution for storing freshly collected animal tissue or cells without freezing. It quickly inhibits protease activity, so proteins stay intact for later lysis and western blotting. Useful when samples are collected away from the lab or cannot be frozen straight away.
Keeps tissue at 37 °C for 1 day, 4 °C for 7 days or -20 °C for 2 years
Use about 10 volumes per tissue piece (about 3 mm), or 0.5 mL per 5 × 10⁶ to 1 × 10⁷ cells
Compatible with RIPA or IP lysis, western blot, IP, Co-IP and proteomics
Not for ELISA, enzyme-activity assays or histology
