IP Lysis Buffer, Non-Denaturing, for IP and Co-IP, 100 mL

A gentle, non-denaturing lysis buffer for preparing protein lysates from cultured cells and tissue. Without SDS, it solubilises cellular proteins while helping keep protein complexes intact, so lysates suit immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation as well as PAGE and western blotting.
Non-denaturing formula: 25 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1% NP-40
Helps preserve protein-protein interactions for IP, co-IP and pull-down assays
Lysates are also suitable for PAGE, western blot and ChIP
Contains no protease inhibitors, so you can add the inhibitor cocktail your target needs
