A Bradford protein assay kit with ready-to-use Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 reagent and a BSA standard. The dye binds protein and shifts its absorbance maximum to 595 nm, in proportion to the protein amount, giving a fast colorimetric reading in a microplate or cuvette.
