A luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) substrate for detecting HRP-conjugated antibodies on western blots, with picogram sensitivity. It gives at least 10 times the signal of our standard kit, for low-abundance proteins or when you want to save antibody.

Two solutions, A and B, mixed 1:1 at room temperature just before use; use the working solution within 1 day
Detect on X-ray film or a digital chemiluminescence imager
