Fast Coomassie Protein Gel Stain, Methanol-Free, 250 mL

A ready-to-use Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 stain for SDS-PAGE and native PAGE gels. There is no fixing step and no methanol or acetic acid destain: rinse, stain for 30 minutes and wash in water.
Fast: about 30 minutes of staining, then a water wash
Sensitivity about 50 ng of protein in 30 minutes, about 20 ng after 1 hour
Methanol-free and acetic-acid-free; only water washes needed
