The Feyond-A300 is a three-mode microplate reader that combines UV/Vis absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence detection in one instrument. A monochromator lets you choose any wavelength from 200 to 1000 nm, filter-based fluorescence optics reach a detection limit of 1 pM, and a PMT-based luminescence module detects as little as 15 amol per well.
- Three detection modes: absorbance (ABS), fluorescence (FL) and luminescence (LUM) for ELISA, nucleic acid quantification, reporter-gene and cell-based assays.
- Full spectral scanning: scan 200-1000 nm in 1 nm steps in about 15 seconds to find the best wavelength for a new assay.
- Many plate formats: 6 to 384-well plates, PCR plates, and optional u-Nano ultra-micro plates (2-4 µL per sample).
- Well scanning and shaking: up to 900 read points per well, and linear, circular or double-circular shaking.
- Incubation: up to 45 °C for kinetic assays.
- Upgradable: optional dual automatic injector for flash luminescence and Ca²⁺ flux assays, plus easy-change modular filters.
- Software: ReaderIt-II analysis software with standard curves, kinetics, spectral analysis and four-level user permissions.
