The FlexA-200HT is a full-wavelength absorbance microplate reader with an independent cuvette slot and an incubation function. It covers 200-1000 nm using a monochromator, handles 96-well and 384-well plates (with or without lids), and runs on a 10-inch Android touch screen, so you can read microplates and single cuvettes on one instrument.
- Plates and cuvettes: read microplates for ELISA-type assays, or switch to the independent cuvette slot for individual samples, with endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning and standard-curve functions.
- Full wavelength flexibility: choose any wavelength from 200 to 1000 nm instead of being limited to fixed filters.
- Incubation: temperature control from room temperature + 4 °C up to 45 °C for kinetic and temperature-sensitive assays, with ±0.5 °C uniformity at 37 °C. The cuvette can be incubated too.
- Fast reading: a 96-well plate in about 8 seconds in fast mode.
- Easy operation: built-in software for standalone use, plus optional ReaderIt-II PC software.
