The Feyond-F100 is an economical single-mode fluorescence microplate reader built around a long-life xenon lamp and filter-based optics. It reaches a detection limit of 1 pM (sodium fluorescein) and handles 6 to 384-well plates, covering nucleic acid quantification, fluorescent protein measurement, reporter-gene work, molecular interaction studies and cell-based assays.
- High sensitivity: filter-based fluorescence optics with a PMT detector, 1 pM detection limit and 6-log linear range.
- Long-life xenon lamp: no warm-up time, ready to read as soon as it is switched on.
- FRET and custom filters: supports FRET detection, and filters can be customized as needed. Three standard filter pairs are included.
- Well scanning: more than 900 read points per well for more representative results from suspension cells.
- Kinetics: optional high-precision injector for fast kinetic assays such as Ca²⁺ flux.
