PuroSPIN-96™ Plasmid Miniprep Kit

The PuroSPIN-96™ Plasmid Miniprep Kit is a 96-well plasmid miniprep kit that provides a simple, easy-to-use method for large-scale, high-throughput extraction and purification of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures.
Plasmid DNA binds to 96-well silica membrane purification plates, allowing efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt and other contaminants. Silica purification plates provide a faster, simpler and safer alternative to traditional nucleic acid purification techniques such as phenol-chloroform extraction.
