Product Description

Benzamidine AgaDex 4FF (HS) Affinity Resin is designed for the separation and purification of serine proteases such as pancreatic protease, thrombin, enterokinase, urinary kallikrein, and prolyl endopeptidase (peptidase-releasing enzyme) using benzamidine, a serine protease inhibitor as a ligand. It also enables rapid removal of cell culture supernatants, bacterial lysates, and serine proteases from serum, making it highly effective for diverse sample preparation workflows.

  • Offers a higher binding capacity for serine proteases, allowing more target protein to be captured per milliliter of resin.
  • Contains a higher concentration of immobilized benzamidine ligands.

  • Ideal for large-scale purification or for samples with high concentrations of serine proteases.
