Q (quaternary ammonium) HPR Ion Exchange Resin
Product Description
Q (quaternary ammonium) HPR Ion Exchange Resin is a high-pressure resistant strong anion exchange medium suitable for the separation and purification of all charged biomolecules such as proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. It consists of crosslinked 6% agarose beads with covalently attached quaternary ammonium (Q) functional groups, which have a permanent positive charges. It has a medium particle design, suitable for initial sample capture and moderate purification
