Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase, 5U/μL
The Super High Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a kind of fast, high amplification efficiency and high fidelity DNA Polymerase.
5′ to 3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′ to 5′ exonuclease activity.It's activity area fused polymeric enhanced area, the special structure promote the fidelity and amplification efficiency greatly.
The fidelity is 52 times of the general Taq Polymerase and 6 times of the Pfu polymerase.The amplification speed is 15-30 sec/KB, reduce much of the reaction time.
Especially applicable for the long DNA fragment clone, have a great advantage in >10KB fragment amplification, the amplification fragment can be as long as 20 KB.
Do not have the "A" at the 3' end, can be cloned in the blunt end vector. If want T/A clone, should add the "A" at the end of the PCR products.
High amplification speed, high amplification efficiency and high fidelity characteristics. Applicable for the gene clone, site-specific mutagenesis and SNP and so on.
