PuroScript™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit

The PuroScript™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit utilizes a single tube RT-PCR approach, allowing reverse transcription and PCR amplification to occur in the same reaction system using RNA and gene-specific primers. No additional reagents are required during the process— only the RNA template, target gene primers, and water need to be added—minimizing the risk of contamination.
 
The kit includes two main components: PuroScript™ OneStep RT-PCR Kit and 2 × One-Step PCR Master Mix. The RT Mix contains PuroScript™ Reverse Transcriptase and an RNase Inhibitor. PuroScript™ Reverse Transcriptase is an engineered mutant enzyme developed through in vitro evolution, characterized by low RNase H activity, strong processivity, and high thermal stability.
 
The 2× One-Step PCR Master Mix provides PCR DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, and RT-PCR stabilizers. The DNA polymerase possesses proofreading ability and generates blunt-ended products. Its formulation has been optimized to significantly enhance amplification efficiency and specificity. Under the optimized conditions of this kit, the one-step RT-PCR reaction can produce amplicons up to 8 kb in length.
 
Storage
