PuroScript™ All-in-One First Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix for PCR (One-Step gD

The PuroScript™ All-in-One First Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix for PCR (One-Step gDNA Remover) includes a 5× ready-to-use master mix (5× PuroScript All-in-One SuperMix for qPCR) specifically designed for first-strand cDNA synthesis along with reagents for genomic DNA (gDNA) removal. During the reverse transcription reaction, the gDNA remover efficiently eliminates residual genomic DNA from the RNA template.
 
The kit also provides a 5× PuroScript All-in-One No-RT Control SuperMix, which lacks reverse transcriptase, allowing verification that the qPCR template originates solely from cDNA.
 
The master mix contains all components necessary for reverse transcription, including SweScript RT, RNase inhibitor, Random Primers, Oligo(dT)₁₈ Primers, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system. The PuroScript RT is a mutant reverse transcriptase obtained through in vitro evolutionary screening, offering high thermal stability and strong processivity.
 
The gDNA Remover contains a thermosensitive DNase, which is approximately 30 times more active than standard DNase I, targets only double-stranded DNA, and can be inactivated at elevated temperatures, ensuring it does not interfere with subsequent cDNA synthesis.
 
Storage
