PuroTranscript T7 High Yield Transcription Kit

PuroTranscript T7 High Yield Transcription Kit is designed for efficient in vitro RNA synthesis. It supports a wide range of applications, including blot and in situ hybridization probe generation, ribonuclease protection assays, post-transcriptional modification studies (e.g., RNA splicing and polyadenylation), and in vitro translation.

The kit utilizes T7 RNA polymerase, which exhibits high specificity for its cognate promoter and efficiently transcribes DNA templates such as plasmids, PCR fragments, or synthetic DNA positioned downstream of the T7 promoter. Under optimal conditions, the system can yield over 100 μg of RNA from just 1 μg of DNA template, making it suitable for synthesizing RNA of various lengths and complexities.
