The 1kb RNA ladder is a mixture of seven highly-purified single-stranded RNA transcripts (in bases): 1000, 800, 600, 400, 300, 200 and 100 bases, obtaining by in vitro transcription.
The RNA concentration of the product is about 700 ng/μL suitable for routine gel electrophoresis of RNA.
The 1 kb RNA Ladder is ready to use. It comes premixed with the RNA loading buffer and dye for direct loading on the gel.
The product also comes with an extra 1 ml RNA loading buffer (Red Dye) for loading RNA sample on the gel.
