Poly-L-Lysine Solution, 10X, Sterile, for Cell Culture Coating

A sterile 10X poly-L-lysine solution for coating culture surfaces so adherent cells attach and spread more readily. Dilute it to 1X before use.
How it works
Poly-L-lysine is a positively charged polymer. Coated onto glass or plastic, it gives the surface a positive charge that attracts the negatively charged cell membrane, which improves attachment for weakly adherent cells and for cells grown on glass.

How to use
Dilute the 10X solution 1:10 with sterile water or buffer.
Cover the culture surface with the 1X solution and leave it to coat.
Remove the solution, rinse if your protocol requires it, let the surface dry, then seed the cells.
